Hi, my name is Isabel Embler. Thank you for reading my fairytale, my life. This poem is dedicated to anyone who believes in magic and miracles miracles . I like to read poetry and I like to write about things that are on my mind. In my free time I either, read books, play outside or (of course) write poetry.
If I wished a wishes wish
That’s if a wish is a wish is a wish,
Then that wish would be my wish
For my wish is a wish,
Not a witch’s wish
That would be her wish not my wish
And my wish would be my wish not her wish.
Then which wish would my wish be?
As I walk down the snow covered street, I saw many things.
I saw people, happy, merry people.
Many with children, many without.
But all merry, all full of happiness, and it seemed that all of the bad things in the world
had been frozen, it seemed that people that had been strangers to other people
are now friends.
This Fifth Avenue is no longer Fifth Avenue but Snow Street.
For everybody, old and young are all having fun.
For every kid is throwing snowballs, or sledding down the hills where cars used
to be but now everybody is in the past, now cars just the swish and the swash
of the children running and the cruching of the adults feet walking down the snow covered street.
All full of happiness on this snow covered street.
The trees naked and cold for all the leaves left the tree and had decided to move.
Now tiny bulbs substitute the leaves, they don't keep the tree as warm but at least something has company.
No ,I'm not lonely I did have friends, but, they decided to take another path to the
stone cold castle of the Evil Queen, while I on the other hand decided to take the path to the warm cottage belonging to the seven dwarves.
Finally my life has become a fairy tale, but this time there is no Prince to save me now.
No, now I'm left to save myself from the reck of my life, from the grief and from the despair, now I have to be my own Prince in order to save myself.
If I shall save myself then would others want me to hold them so, and tell them everything is going to be alright?
If so, then how does this Fairytale end?
